Full install is the complete software solution with advanced digital photography features. This option may not be available for some operating systems.

Follow the on-screen instructions to run the utility. In case the utility does not fix the issue, please perform one or all of the following:

• Make sure that the correct device is selected in the HP Solution Center or HP Director.
