Enhance RAM compatibility when different rating frequency DDR SDRAM modules are used.

Fix Prescott Locked CPU can't run to highest frequency.
Patch Logitech QuickCam under Win98 can't use issue.
Revise BIOS version.
Revise USB module.
Update CPU microcode.
Fix boot devices failed to be disabled when more than one device in the same group.
Updata Intel RAID BIOS v3.54.
