Use this utility ONLY if the software was not successfully installed, or the Uninstaller could not be found. NOTE: Please reboot the computer before running this utility. The scrubber utility cleans up the registry in case of a failed USB installation or an unclean or failed un-installation. It is recommended that users reboot the computer before running the utility. To run the scrubber utility, follow these steps: Disconnect the printer from the computer. Restart Windows or reboot the computer. Download the file to a newly created sub-directory on your local hard drive. Double click on the downloaded “exe” file.
