Plugin to allow the use of analog tuners lacking
hardware MPEG Compressors in Microsoft`s Media
Center application in XP (Media Center Edition)
and Vista (x86 and x64). Not currently recommended for use in Vista
due to a bug in the Media Center application
in Vista that causes an inability to configure both
analog and digital TV simultaneously when using
a hybrid card such as this.
