Fix Desc: To support unattended installation better, the Win2k version of
the dualhead driver was changed to enumerate a child device
for the dualhead instead of installing a root-enumerated driver.
The effect of this is that the setup.exe program is no longer
needed to perform installation of the dualhead driver. Now the
Win2k PlugNPlay system will find and install the dualhead due to
the main driver enumerating it as a child device. So, the Win2k
dualhead driver will install almost identically to the way that
Windows XP installs the Dualview version of this driver.
