This README contains information about the disposition of our Softex drivers at the time of release of this CD.

Because Softex often updates their software, the performance of these drivers may be dependent upon the version of Softex being used. In our efforts to maintain compatibility with Softex's latest releases we will post new Softex drivers to our support web site, http://support.3com.com/, as they become available.

*NOTE* - The current shipping Softex drivers are also available on the 3Com web site listed above. The file SFTX656C.EXE (04/06/00 - 975KB) contains the CURRENT driver set and is the same as what's on this installation CD. When looking for a newer driver do not download this one. Ensure the intended driver has a newer date than listed above.
