The most important thing for Accton's EN166x adapter is that:

** To use the EN166x adapter on Non-PnP machine, please run the 1Step program
and set the adapter to jumpless mode, otherwise the driver can't recognize
the adapter.
** To use the EN166x adapter on a non-PnP OS, please enter "PNP AND PCI SETUP"
in the PC CMOS SETUP and set "PNP OS Installed" to "No", otherwise 1step
and the drivers can't recognize the adapter.
** 1Step Ver1.01 or later can not be used with UNC diskette Ver 1.1, it
must be used together with UNC diskette Ver 1.21 or later.
** The AccView Station program has been moved to the MPX WORK diskette,
this disk is included in the 5-adapter package (EN166x-005), if you want
to use this program, copy it from Accton's distributor.
