Plug and Play Issues:
When you install the software you will re-boot your system and then the initialization
program will begin to scan the AM and FM radio bands to set your station presets. This should take 1 or 2 minutes You should here the audio at this point. An address should appear in the initialization box such as 208 HEX. If the address is 0 HEX and you do not hear audio or the init program stops after just a few seconds you may need to manually move the address of the CADET card.

Even though we are using real Plug and Play hardware, some systems still have difficulty assigning a proper address. This can be solved by going to the Device manager in Windows '95 and manually setting the address.
