If you are using WebID Workstation software v6.0 and plan to continue to use Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP operating system, you do not need to upgrade to v6.5 as no new features have been added.
Before installing the WebID Workstation upgrade software, please make sure that you have a WebID Workstation software v6.0 hardware license key. If you do not have a WebID Workstation hardware license key, please contact your Datacard Service Provider.
If you have additional hardware that you are using with the WebID Workstation software v6.5 make sure that they have Vista operating system compatible software. If they do not, then do not upgrade your WebID Workstation software.
To install the WebID Workstation software upgrade, download the file and run it to unzip to a folder. Then run Autorun.exe to start the install process.
