Microsoft Windows XP Installation
for USB Fast Etherent + 56K Modem Adapter
Follow these steps to install USB Fast Etherent + 56K Modem Adapter
driver:

1. Insert USB Fast Etherent + 56K Modem Adapter into USB slot.

2. After starting Windows XP, the USB will be detected automatically,
then the Found New Hardware Wizard window appears.

3. Insert the Installation diskette into floppy disk drive.

4. Click the Next button in the Install Hardware Device Drivers window.
Windows XP will start to search floppy drive A for network driver.

5. Click Continue Anyway button, then the Windows XP starts to copy the
driver to the user's hard disk.

6. Click Finish button.

USB V.90 56k FAX Modem is not in window 2000's native modem list.
This document will guide users to install the modem.

Step 1 : Start window 2000 and insert USB modem.
Window will start "found new device wizzard".
Simply point to mdmlupeg.inf file , window 2000 will install it for you.

Step 2 : Window 2000 will find the matched inf file and
install Atlas modem board. Finally window will give a WARNING saying that
the device you are going to install doesn't have Microsoft digital signature.
Click YES, then modem installation will be completed.
