<> How to Install Drivers:

Step 1. Connect your Host PC to your H/PC via the serial cable by
selecting Start/Programs/Communication/PC Link.
Step 2. Running Setup.exe file from floppy to install CompactFlash Size
10/100 Fast Ethernet LAN Card drivers.
Step 3. Setting Network Configuration (see as follows).
Step 4. Insert CompactFlash Size 10/100 Fast Ethernet LAN Card to H/PC.
Step 5. Reboot H/PC.

<> Setting CompactFlash Size 10/100 Fast Ethernet LAN Card Network Configuration:
A. Using static IP addressing:
Step 1. Tap Start/Settings/Control Panel/Network icon.
Step 2. Make sure CompactFlash Size 10/100 Fast Ethernet LAN Card is
highlighted.
Step 3. Tap on Properties.
Step 4. Make sure under the IP Address tab.
Step 5. Select the radio button is checked for Specify an IP address.
Step 6. Key in IP Address & Subnet Mask & Default Gateway address.
Step 7. Tap under the Name Servers tab.
Step 8. Key in DNS and WINS address.

B. Using static DHCP:
Step 1. Tap Start/Settings/Control Panel/Network icon.
Step 2. Make sure CompactFlash Size 10/100 Fast Ethernet LAN Card is highlighted.
Step 3. Tap on Properties.
Step 4. Make sure under the IP Address tab.
Step 5. Select the radio button is checked for Obtain an IP address
via DHCP.
Step 6. Tap under the Name Servers tab.
Step 7. Key in DNS and WINS address.

Follow these steps to install PCMCIA Ethernet Adapter's
driver:

1. Insert PCMCIA Fast Ethernet Card into PCMCIA slot.

2. After starting Windows XP, the PCMCIA will be detected automatically,
then the Found New Hardware Wizard window appears.

3. Insert the Installation diskette into floppy disk drive.

4. Click the Next button in the Install Hardware Device Drivers window.
Windows XP will start to search floppy drive A for network driver.

5. Click Continue Anyway button, then the Windows XP starts to copy the
driver to the user's hard disk.

6. Click Finish button.
