INTRODUCTION

This package contains driver routines for AS-248, two TSR
(Terminate-Stay-Resident) programs for DOS.
These programs are designed to give you full controls of the AS-248
with simple keystrokes or button clickings.

For DOS driver routine:
There are two TSR programs, one 248.EXE (for parallel interface
AS-248T) and the other 248S.EXE (for serial interface AS-248ST).
Once executed under DOS, the TSR program stays in the memory and
is active. It can be activated by pressing some keys at the same
time, and these keys are Hot Keys.



INSTALLATION
You may follow the procedures stated on the manual or do the
followings.

For DOS installation:
1. Put the CD into drive D:.
2. Enter "D:".
3. Enter "CD \print.net\as248".
4. Enter "INSTALL C:".

INSTALL creates a directory and copies somes files for TSR
program. The TSR program is not active yet.
