1. Added a modal dialog box that pops open & preempts installation if there's no connected & detected HSC device (to enforce "hardware-first" installation scenario).
2. Cleaned up FanatecService menu---outdated menu items(Check for updates, Auto Updates) associated with older 3rd party Advanced Installer removed.
3. Registry Vista and above security limitations---device settings moved into a common location accessible by both user-mode apps and drivers.
4. Registry 64/32 bit compatible access---device settings moved into a location compatible with 64/32 bit access.
5. Fixed 64-bit MousePages COM DLL's registration & installation problem.
6. Fixed 64-bit MousePages COM DLL's communication problem with FanatecGameController filter driver--now property sheet can access driver generated Win32 event object without the need to run at elevated privilege.

2. Made XP-32 driver package codes (drivers, service, property sheets) compatible with Vista-32 & Win7-32.
3. Ported basic features only (joystick emulation, button mapping, LED settings, etc); "macros" excluded as FanatecKbdFilter driver not included yet.
4. Upgraded setup installer to MSI-based; use of setup custom actions.
