Installation Instructions

Customers who have the firmware version lower than BHM1FNO749AR should upgrade their existing firmware. For detailed download instructions and defect fixes, please refer to the readme file Flashing Instruction.pdf. To successfully upgrade the firmware, instructions in the file Flashing Instruction.pdf MUST be followed.

To check if the firmware has been upgraded:
1. Open the Solution Center; select "setting" at the bottom of the window;
2. go to the "printer setting" and click on the "Printer toolbox";
3. Select "Device Services" > " Print a Diagnostic Page" button.

Enterprise solutions are a subset of the full installation provided to corporate customers. The webpacks contain the installer with print driver and scan driver for 32-bit processors.

This Software and Driver Removal Utility is intended for users to remove the HP software from their system.If problems arise while installing or uninstalling the HP software, download this removal utility to uninstall the software before attempting reinstallation.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
This utility removes only version 10.0.0 of the driver. Running the removal utility may remove the drivers and software for other HP printing, scanning or digital imaging products. This utility (uninstall.bat) works in stages. The first time the utility is used, it runs at level one. The next time the utility is used, it runs at level two. There are four levels. Installation Instructions

OS = Vista
USB Connection:

1) Double click on the downloaded *.exe file and follow the onscreen instruction to extract the driver files.
2) Connect the USB cable to the printer and to the computer.
3) When Found New Hardware Wizard pop up, select Locate and install driver software (recommended).
4) Click I don't have the disc. Show me other options.
5) Click Browse my computer for driver software (advanced).
6) Click Browse and navigate to the extracted folder ojproL7x00\x32, and click Open.
7) Click Next and follow the onscreen instruction to complete the driver installation.
