Artec AS6U Download Drivers

The following is the important information of Artec AS6U installation driver.

• Click on Download Now and a File Download box will appear.
  Select Save This Program to Disk and a Save As box will appear.
  Select a directory to save the driver in and click Save.
  Locate the driver file using Windows Explorer when the download has completed.
  
  
• Running the downloaded file will extract all the driver files and setup program into a directory on your hard drive. The directory these driver are extracted to will have a similar name to the AS6U model that was downloaded (for example c:\AS6U). The setup program will also automatically begin running after extraction. However, automatically running setup can be unchecked at the time of extracting the driver file.
  
  
• Before starting the installation of drivers, connect your scanner Artec AS6U to your computer, and that the scanner is powered On. See your printer manual for details.
  
  
• Remove any previus Artec AS6U driver from Windows control panel and reboot the system.
  
  
• Windows now detects Artec AS6U and searchs for a driver: you must stop any request and hit on "Cancel button".
  
  
• Double click on Setup.exe (or similar file xxx.exe) located in c:\AS6U folder
  
  
• Follow the on screen istructions
  
  
• If during installation in Windows, you will be prompted with a message warning that the driver software for AS6U has not passed Windows Logo testing. Select Continue Anyway and proceed with the installation. The driver is completely tested and verified by Artec, and safe to use.
  
  
• Reboot the system
  
  
• Congratulations, the drivers for scanner Artec AS6U is installed.
  
  
• Search and consult the Readme file for additional installation drivers instructions for your scanner AS6U.
