When you attempt to run the camera software (MD9721), you receive a dialog box stating the following:
1. Please restart your computer.
2. Not find image from your digital camera.
3. Makesure you CF have picture.
4. Reset and plug it again.
To resolve this issue, you must reboot your PC. The software patch addresses this issue in many instances. However, we recommend you install this patch only if you are experiencing the above symptoms.

1. Please make sure that all programs on your computer are closed before attempting to install the patch.
2. Double-click the md9721patch.exe and follow the on-screen instructions.
